This is a dance designed to free your mind and energise your soul. It helps you unlock the door to find what you’ve been looking for. Elevating you from ordinary reality into an extraordinary life and a new perspective.

This dance evolved from the ancient wisdom of Shamanism. It is a powerful and profound blindfolded dance, incorporating a dynamic blend of compelling music, spontaneous movement, energising fire breath and focused intention, transporting the dancer into a state of trance, in order to elevate, expand and explore one’s self.

Nicky is the first Guide and Guardian of Shamanic Trance Dance in Ireland and is truly looking forward to sharing this deep practice with you again.

I had my first Shamanic trance dance experience with Nicky and it was wow so much deeper then I had anticipated. I went all the way back into my mum's womb and I saw myself as a foetus, then a toddler, a 5 years old, a teenager and I was able to talk to each one giving instructions and releasing the wounds I was holding during those time. I was given a really clear message on what I needed to do right now in order to move forward and continue with my work. It was so strong!!

Nicky is a great facilitator and very knowledgeable. Her gentle approach and loving energy makes you feel safe, nurtured in the space and that's a big deal for me.

I highly recommend giving her sessions a go! I'm looking forward to my next one!

Cacao Oil

Rose is especially indicated for mouth sores and sore throats, sore eyes, irritated skin, burns, and other conditions where the tissue is inflamed and puffy

Blue Lotus Absolute Oil

Revered by alchemists since 3000BC for its healing and anti-ageing properties, blue lotus oil helps repair damaged or irritated skin caused by make up and chemical-based skincare products. It has an anti-inflammatory effect & stimulates collagen production and slows the collagen degradation, which helps to keep the skin firm and smooth while also helping to protect the skin from sun damage.

The Blue Lotus Flower supports the third eye chakra while moving stagnant and emotional energies. You may find a deeper connection to your intuition. If also shows potential in helping people with anxiety and depression.

Sesame oil

1. High in antioxidants
   Sesame oil contains vitamin E, sesamol, and sesamin — powerful antioxidants that protect skin cells from environmental damage like pollution and UV rays.

2. Moisturising and nourishing
   It's an excellent emollient (moisturiser), helping to soften and hydrate dry, rough skin by locking in moisture.

3. Anti-inflammatory effects
   Thanks to compounds like sesamol and sesamin, sesame oil can help calm redness, swelling, or irritation, making it good for inflamed skin conditions (like eczema or psoriasis).

4. Antibacterial properties
   It can help fight certain types of bacteria on the skin, reducing the risk of infections, especially in small wounds or acne-prone areas.

5. Rich in fatty acids
   It's loaded with linoleic acid and oleic acid, essential fatty acids that strengthen the skin’s natural barrier and improve texture.

6. Detoxifying ability
   In Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine), sesame oil is used for "oil pulling" and skin detox because it’s believed to pull out toxins and deeply cleanse pores.

7. Natural sunscreen (mild)

Most cacao in our world comes from hybrid trees which are not indigenous, many are not sustainable and workers are not being paid well. It’s always important to know more about where cacao comes from.

In Costa Rica’s Talamanca region, Indigenous Bribri women are championing sustainable agroforestry practices in a tradition that stretches back for millennia.

• Known as fincas integrales, it’s a system that mimics the diversity and productivity of the forest: timber trees provide shade for fruit trees, which in turn shelter medicinal plants, amid all of which livestock and even wildlife thrive. Which is all beneficial for biodiversity and climate change.
