Cultivating Peace through Cacao Ceremony, Kirtan Singing and Conscious Dance

This will be a beautiful event with the intention of cultivating peace within, to share out to the world around us.

We are living in turbulent times and these events are needed more than ever. When we come together in conscious ceremony we can help each other to connect back to ourselves and each other only to build more love and peace inside. This can cause a ripple effect out to others who need it most.

Arrival time is 1.15-2pm

2-3pm - Cacao Ceremony. Nicky Halliday will guide us to set our own intentions with the aid of mama cacao. This will be a beautiful opportunity to drop into the heart and call in what is is we desire for 2024. Cacao medicine can really help us to open our hearts to see things from a more loving perspective. She can bring us on a journey inward to show us what is truly important to us. We will offer prayers for the ongoing conflict in our world today and invite peace into our hearts.

3.15-5.45 - Kirtan. Jenny Ní Ruiseil will bring us on a magical journey through song and mantra. Offering songs in Sanskrit, Gaelic and English.

5.45-6.45 - Break time - Bring your own food or option to buy some delicious hot soup and bread made by Chef Nicky Halliday

6.50-9.30 - Conscious Dance. DJ Aidan Kavanagh will bring us to the dance floor so we can feel completely free in our bodies to express ourselves. Concious Dance is an excellent way to let go of what’s holding you back and move new fresh energy into the body.

“I started facilitating ecstatic and conscious dance events to create a space where people could get into movement and dance in a safe and supportive place without alcohol.

For this particular event, I will be playing ethno-trance, folktronica, french & Italian pop, afro house, and electronic and trance. The mood for the music is exploratory and sacred and fun and heart-opening tunes to support you in your dance. I will include some mantras with added beats to connect with Jenny and her Kirtan.

I believe what is happening in Palestine is ultimately a struggle for humanity and indigenous people.

May there be peace.”
