Personal Cacao Ceremonies
for Women 

I have been working with cacao as a medicine for over 5 years. During my cacao therapy sessions, I help facilitate a healing experience by holding a safe space for you to work with the medicine. The ceremony will be tailored specifically for each individual woman and the intentions that arise.

My cacao therapy truly comes from my heart to yours, while working with your intentions. Helping you to let go of any limiting beliefs that could be holding you back from healing or living your full potential. I use music, movement, meditation, song, affirmations and sharing, in combination with vocal therapy and clearing techniques. I connect with people at a heart level, and help them feel comfortable and grounded. At the end we will create a daily practice together to suit each woman to help with healing and growth.

I specialise with women who have been diagnosed with HPV virus and cervical dysplasia who wish to move on to the next step of their healing journey.

We will focus on

• Setting strong intentions and cultivating a deeper connection to your body.

• Letting go of any shame, fear, guilt, doubt, resentment or limiting beliefs that may be preventing you from healing.

• Tuning into the body, to see what it is she needs to be nourished.

• To bring you into deep relaxation to drop into the healing parasympathetic nervous system.

• To bring in full acceptance of yourself where you are on your journey.

• To walk away with more confidence in yourself and your body, cultivating new beliefs and encouraging you to show up each day on your healing journey.

1.5 hour ceremony - €120 online or in person or 2 hours for €150
