Craic Ceol agus Cacao - Women’s Gathering

Come Join myself, Nicky and Aoife Howe for a very unique fun filled gathering of mischief, music and cacao.

This July we will be hosting a women’s gathering at the fabulous retreat centre Slí na Bandé, Co. Wicklow. We have all had an opportunity to journey inwards over the last year. As we reopen, and we still can’t go to festivals or other large gatherings, we wanted to offer truly fun filled weekend of connection, song, dance, fancy dress, games, sharing, cacao ceremony, sea swims, hot tub, yoga and a chocolate making demo.

I will be cooking up some deliciously nutritious food for us with Marlene the owner at Slí na Bandé. As well as guiding a cacao ceremony and DJ’ing for a fancy dress freedom Disco! When is the last time you dressed up and danced with a huge smile on your face with other people? Last year we were able to have the dance out doors. I will also show you how to make simple plant based delicious chocolate.

Ancestral Wisdom Keeper

Aoife has a strong connection to the land and ancestors of Ireland, is a herbalist trained in the ways of the Irish wise women of old. From a very young age, she experienced spontaneous shamanic initiations and formed a deep connection with plants.

She has lived close to the land for some years. Her roots are in Celtic spirituality and the sacred sites of ancient Ireland. She has also been trained in herbalism and different healing modalities, in several indigenous traditions, as well as using music and dance to create her own very unique and powerful healing style.

Any one who meets Aoife will remember her, she has the ability to make her mark and create lasting change in people by being absolutely real and authentic.

Aoife will lead a beautiful fire ceremony and enrich us with her wisdom and music throughout the weekend. We have been hosting and working at healing retreats for many years together and apart, and I have to say it is the most fun and rewarding part of our work, to bring women together to connect and awaken their creativity. We have both witnessed the healings these retreats can offer time and time again, and it’s such beauty to witness.

Myself and Aoife love to make everyone feel truly comfortable to open up and share whatever it is inside them they truly wish to share, whether it be words or any creative endeavours. This is a chance to support one another and celebrate our journey in this life, to allow each of us to express ourselves deeply so our true authentic selves can shine.

Slí na Bandé is an incredible venue with such charm and character, completely immersed in nature. With the ocean and the forest a short distance away, and only 30mins from Dublin.

€260 for lunches, dinners and all activities (a great option if you live close by or wish to camp near by)

€75 non refundable deposit - if the event does not go ahead for reasons beyond my control the deposit will go towards a later gathering of your choice.

€25 discount for anyone who pays the full €350 before June 18th
