It is often difficult for us to connect with ourselves so deeply in this fast paced, stressful world we live in. Our disconnection from Mother Earth and her cycles have led us down a road of completely forgetting who we are and how powerful we can be inside. When we tune into this magic, we can create blissful, satisfying lives, magnetising all we believe we can.
The day will include
Shamanic Trance Dance
This is a dance designed to free your mind and energise your soul. It helps you unlock the door to find what you’ve been looking for. Elevating you from ordinary reality into an extraordinary life and a new perspective.
This dance evolved from the ancient wisdom of Shamanism. It is a powerful and profound blindfolded dance, incorporating a dynamic blend of compelling music, spontaneous movement, energising fire breath and focused intention, transporting the dancer into a state of trance, in order to elevate, expand and explore one’s self.
Nicky is the first Guide and Guardian of Shamanic Trance Dance in Ireland and is truly looking forward to sharing this deep practice with you.
Lunch
I will be serving up a wonderful buffet of delightfully delicious nourishing food.
Nature Connection
Spend some time with the beautiful nature surroundings of Slí na Bandé. Watch the gold fish in the pond, connect with the native trees or simply plant your barefoot into the earth and become aware of what arises within.
Cacao Ceremony
We will then come back together to share a cup of ceremonial cacao. Cacao is a gentle heart opening medicine which can help us reach places inside of us that have been suppressed or ignored. When we are open to working with cacao spiritually, she can offer us wisdom and insight into who we really are and how we can show up authentically in our lives. Bringing more compassion and love to ourselves, we can open to our creative essence and express ourselves with more ease and trust.
Voice Healing Song Circle
We will connect with our voices to reveal our true authentic selves, using mantras and expressing ourselves in song. There will be a chance for us to deepen our connection to our creativity and open up to sharing what feels right in the moment.
Meditation/Sound Journey
Ending with a soothing heart meditation and a sound journey for deep relaxation, integrating the day and embracing us for the darker winter months of the year.
