Nicky Halliday, Holistic Health Practitioner & Chef
Nicky is a qualified Nutritional Therapist (Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health, 2011) and Natural Chef (Bauman College, California, 2013). After working as a chef in Dublin, she embarked on an adventure to Costa Rica, spending a year at Farm of Life Healing Centre, where she specialised in raw vegan cuisine and deepened her understanding of holistic health. During this time, Nicky healed her own cervical dysplasia and HPV virus within six months, and completed an apprenticeship with Cacao Magic Costa Rica, an experience that inspired her to share the heart-opening medicine of cacao in Ireland.
Combining her nutrition expertise with her culinary skills, Nicky authored “A Practical Guide to Cooking for Health,” a resource that’s brought inspiration and nourishment to kitchens worldwide.
For the past seven years, Nicky has worked as a freelance chef for healing retreats across Ireland, known for her artistic, vibrant, and deeply nourishing food. She also supports women as a Nutritional Therapist and Belief Coding® practitioner, particularly those navigating HPV and cervical dysplasia.
