Meet Your Yoga Instructor
My name is Emily and I first truly fell in love with the path of Yoga in Mexico a few years ago.
It offered me safety and stillness through the connection with my body, the grounding and the presence it offers.
For that reason I love to create a space for others to access the same magic, the peace and the chance to reconnect within.
Based on your upcoming course, I have put together a mini-journey of slow movement to guide you into a grounded state of being, to let your body, mind and spirit completely unite and to optimise the process it is going through. I have also created a sequence to support the body through its purification and cleansing state, which you will be able to practice as often as you like during your programme with Nicky.

2. Do I need to follow a specific diet to participate?
Not at all! The Rejuvenation is flexible and inclusive. Whether you’re an omnivore, vegetarian, or plant-based, this program is designed to suit your needs without being overly restrictive. It focuses on nourishing your body with wholesome, balanced meals while avoiding extremes.
3. Is this a solo program or group-based?
This is a group program, and that’s the magic of it! Doing the cleanse together creates a supportive and motivating environment. You’ll feel encouraged, share experiences, and connect with others on the same journey. It’s so much easier (and more fun!) when you’re part of a group.
4. Will I feel hungry or deprived during the cleanse?
Not at all! The program is designed to keep you nourished and satisfied. While we focus on cleansing and detoxifying, the meal plans and guidance ensure you’re getting everything your body needs to thrive.
5. Can I join if I have specific health concerns?
If you have any health conditions or are on medication, it’s best to consult your healthcare provider before starting The Rejuvenation. The program is gentle and balanced, but it’s always good to check what’s right for your body.

I’ll provide a simple, accessible plan that works with what you have or can easily find. I will also recommend supplements if you feel called, but they are not necessary.

The Rejuvenation runs for 17 days, starting on April 1st, 2025. It’s long enough to see positive changes but manageable for busy schedules.
9. What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
The program is adaptable and includes options for various dietary needs. If you have specific restrictions or allergies, you’ll still be able to follow along with personalised adjustments.
10. I’ve never done a cleanse before. Will it be too intense for me?
Not at all! This program is designed to be gentle and supportive, perfect for beginners. It’s about creating balance and nourishing your body, not pushing it to extremes.
11. How much time will I need to commit each day?
You’ll need a little time each day to prepare meals and engage with the program materials. However, everything is designed to fit into a busy lifestyle, so you won’t feel overwhelmed.

If a participant misses any live sessions or fails to engage with the programme materials, no refunds or extensions will be provided. Recordings or materials (if applicable) will be shared at the organiser’s discretion.

The organiser is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues, illness). In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
